May the peace of God surround and radiate from within. May calm and peace be present at all times, flowing from our hearts and minds. The Peace of God is all-encompassing, and what is all-encompassing can have no opposite nor be absent anywhere, especially within us. We are the radiating center, shining like a beacon into the only darkness that exists—our refusal to open our eyes and see.
May good reach all hearts today as we answer the call of our deepest longing to awaken from the nightmare to which we so dearly cling. The nightmare is not real; only Peace is real and never-ending. It cannot be gained by mental gymnastics, as it is beyond our understanding. This Peace can only be accepted, and willingness is all that is needed. May we be willing and open, as the blind man said to Jesus: ‘I am willing, make me whole.
